There are many ways to explore the inner self. Taking walks outdoors, gardening, creating art, writing, meditating, yoga, sitting in silence, journaling, paying attention to our thoughts (observing), focus on breath, praying, being in the moment, the list goes on. Whatever peaks your interest is the perfect place to start. Go to a store and find a book that interests you. Take a class. Here are a few ideas.
